TERM AND CONDITIONS

Car Rental Conditions;

1. To rent a car without a driver, the renter must have a license A (Domestic) and International Driving License (Foreigner), provide hotel information on where to stay & room number, mobile phone number and photo ID card/Passport and SIM A/International Driving License to send via WhatsApp (Admin).

2. We will not use personal information for things that violate the law.

3. Payment; all payment cash in advance without Deposit. The Cancellation Fee 50%. The price of renting a car without a driver (Self Drive) includes allrisk insurance, in the event of damage to the car tenant must bear the repair costs damages of the car from USD.50/Panel until USD.500 Maximum (included cost time repair).

4. If the tenant uses the car more than the deadline (24 hours per day), then a 15% overtime will be charged per hour. For more than 6 hours, the rent will be calculated to be 1 day.

5. For car rental without a driver (Self Drive), car use is only allowed for the island of Bali area. The Renter will be fully responsible to any consequence caused by letting or giving the car to be driven by a person other than the renter.

6. We have the right to completely reject or cancel the lease unilaterally, for reasons that are strong enough for example the tenant's data is incomplete and unclear.

7. The price of the steering wheel itself is a rental price of more than 2 days for the price of 1 day please contact our admin via Call/WhatsApp.

8. For free car delivery in Ubud, Canggu, Seminyak, Sanur, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Airport during business hours from 7.30am to 18.00pm.

9. Delivery outside working hours and outside the location above is subject to fees starting from IDR.100,000 to IDR.500,000

10. The Prices will be going up 15% on Peak Season; June, July, August, and December, January.
